Welcome back brunchies!

This past weekend the crew and I took our taste buds over to Bay Towne plaza in Webster where we indulged in an amazing brunch at Which craft brews.

I know what your thinking a Brewery with a brunch menu!? YES we are so SERIOUS.

WhichCraft Brews is Rochester’s most unique craft brewery! 40 draft selections, an indoor food truck, and in-house brewery. They also host group events, trivia nights, beer release parties, and of course now offering BRUNCH.

This is the ultimate laid back brunch experience. It is a seat yourself, order your delicious drinks at the bar and your guaranteed amazing food at their food truck.

On the table today we had a round of classic Mimosas and Bloody Mary's, with the option to upgrade to unlimited mimosas.

Now lets get into the main attraction and the reason we're all reading the food!

On the table was a couple stacks of delicious, fluffy, melt in your mouth cannoli pancakes.

We had a tasty egg sandwich on brioche topped with an everything seasoning to complete the dish. Next was a classic huevos rancheros and lastly there was the amazing Philly breakfast bowl. Both the huevos and the philly bowl had the most amazing queso I have personally ever tasted. It was light and creamy. This was the perfect addition to both of the dishes.

We chatted with one of the owners Scott, he is so personable and very passionate about his business! He even took the time to take a photo with us.

Whichcraft is a must brunch in our opinion! We hope you give them a shot.

 I know that I will be back.

We had an incredible experience and were so grateful to spend International Women's day together doing what we love most, brunching!
